A: Tilly's
Gift Cards are available online in the following denominations: $20, $25, $30,
$35, $40, $45, $50, $75, $100, $125, $150, $175, $200, $225, $250, $275, $300,
$325, $350, $375, $400, $425, $450, $475, and $500. In stores, Gift Cards can
be purchased in pre-determined denominations of $25, $50, $75, and $100, or in
any amount between $1 and $500.
Q: How do I redeem a Tilly's Gift
Card?
A: Redeem your Gift Card by purchasing products online or at any Tilly's retail store. For online purchases, enter the 16-digit card number and the 4-digit PIN for each card being used during checkout. Select “apply” after entering the card number, and the Gift Card will be applied to your order. There is no limit on the quantity of Gift Cards you can redeem per purchase.
Q: What if my online order total
exceeds the value of my Gift Card?
A: To pay for the difference, enter an additional Gift Card number or use a credit card.
Q: If I spend less than the amount of
my Gift Card, what happens to the remaining balance?
A: Any
unused balance will remain on your Gift Card. You can check the balance online
or at any Tilly's retail store.
Q: What are the shipping charges for

A: The
shipping charges for Gift Cards are as follows:
$3.00 Ground
$9.95 2nd Day Air
$14.95 Next Day Air
Note: There
is an additional charge of $10.00 for orders to Alaska & Hawaii.
There are no
additional charges for the purchase of multiple Gift Cards. If you purchase a
Gift Card with other products, the Gift Card will be included with the order at
no additional shipping charge.
Q: Does my Tilly's Gift Card have an
expiration date?
A: No. Gift
Cards have no expiration dates and no maintenance fees.
Q: How do I check the balance of my
Tilly's Gift Card?
A: You can
review your Gift Card balance online anytime by clicking Check Balance. You can also go to any Tilly's
retail store to check your balance.
Q: What should I do if my Tilly's
Gift Card is lost or stolen?
A: Protect your card as you would cash. If lost or stolen, a Gift Card cannot be replaced without the original sales receipt.
Replacement value will be the remaining value on the card at the time you report the loss or theft. To report a lost or stolen

If making an online purchase, please keep your Gift Card until you have received the item(s).
Q: What if I received a store credit
in card form?
A: You may
use a store credit in card form the same way you use a Gift Card. It is
redeemable at any Tilly's retail store or online.
Q: Can I redeem a paper Gift
Certificate online?
A: If you
have a paper Tilly's Gift Certificate, you can redeem that Gift Certificate at
any Tilly's retail store, but not online.
