How does The Tilly’s Hook-Up work?

The Tilly’s Hook-Up is FREE to join! Get points for shopping with Tilly’s online or at any Tilly’s store, connecting and sharing with Tilly’s on Facebook, and checking into Tilly’s stores and events! You can redeem your points for exclusive merchandise and one-of-a-kind experiences from your favorite brands. See the Tilly’s Hook-Up Terms of Service.

The points can be collected in a variety of ways. Click the “Points“ button in the menu to see the list of ways to earn.

What are my redeemable Hook-Up points?

Your redeemable Hook-up points are the number of points you have to exchange for rewards. Your points increase or decrease as you gain points or exchange them for rewards.

To check your current points click “History”.

How do I earn points?

You can earn points by shopping with Tilly’s online or at any Tilly’s store, or select “Points” within the Tilly’s mobile app.

When earning points by shopping, you can earn points based on the amount of your purchase subtotal. You will not earn points on shipping, tax, or other fees. Gift card purchases and purchases using store credit are not eligible to earn points. If you return a purchase for a refund, the points earned for that purchase will be deducted from your total points.

How do I get points for my in-store purchases?

During in-store purchases, you must give the email address or phone number associated with your account when making your purchase.

If you do not provide your account information at the time of purchase, you must manually enter your purchase online in order to receive points. To add your purchase online, log in to your account and go to the “Enter Receipts” page and use your order number to enter your purchase subtotal (you will not receive points for tax, shipping or other fees). Also, purchasing gift cards does NOT earn points. Please subtract this amount from your subtotal when adding your subtotal online. Points claimed online will be added to your pending points balance for 30 days. After 30 days, if they are confirmed, these points will become eligible for redemption. Purchases that are older than 90 days cannot be uploaded to the loyalty program.

Points earned from activities other than in-store or online or app purchases will instantly be added to your account.

How do I get points for my online or mobile app purchases?

You will receive pending points for any online purchase when your order ships. Please allow 72 hours for your pending points to appear on your account. You MUST be signed in with your Tilly’s account that is tied to your Tilly’s Hook-Up account during checkout to get pending points.

If for some reason your points are not added to the pending status from your online purchase, you can claim them on the “Enter Receipts” page. Enter the order number and subtotal purchase amount. Points claimed online or in the mobile app will be added instantly to your pending points. Purchases that are older than 90 days cannot be uploaded to the loyalty program.

**Only the subtotal will receive points. The subtotal does not include any tax or shipping or other fees. Points are not provided for gift cards. Remember to subtract these amounts when calculating your total points in your pending points.

What are pending points?

Points you earn by shopping will be held in a “pending” status for 30 days. They are not eligible for redemption during this period of time. After 30 days of pending status, if they are confirmed by Tilly’s, the points will be activated and you may use them to redeem rewards.

You are required to add your shopping points to your account if you do not checkout with an active Tilly’s account. This MUST be completed within 90 days of the original purchase.

How do I redeem my points for a reward?

Check out the available rewards by clicking “Rewards” in the loyalty program menu online. The required number of points needed to redeem a reward is displayed by each item. When you have compiled enough points to redeem the reward of your choice, click the “Redeem” button located close to the chosen reward. Follow the directions in the checkout process. Your points will be adjusted based on your redemption in your account. Your order will generally ship 7-10 business days after the transaction is completed or will be fulfilled as otherwise disclosed when making your redemption.

What can I redeem my points for?

You can redeem your points for rewards in The Tilly’s Hook-Up program, like exclusive merchandise and one-of-a-kind experiences from your favorite brands. Points cannot be used to make purchases in Tilly’s stores or at tillys.com and they have NO CASH VALUE.

Can I return or exchange my reward?

No. All transactions are final within the rewards program. It is important you double check your selection before you finalize. No substitutions or exchanges will be accepted.

Can I transfer my point or rewards to another member?

No. Points may not be transferred to anyone else in the program.

Do I have to pay for shipping if I redeem a reward?

No. Tilly’s will cover the shipping cost of your reward.

Why haven’t my purchase points been added to my redeemable points?

Points for your purchase will be pending for 30 days after the purchase date. It is IMPORTANT to note that you will only receive points for the subtotal amount of your purchase (total minus tax and shipping and any other fees and excluding any gift card purchases). Once the allotted time has passed and your points are confirmed, they will be added to your redeemable points total. To track your points go to your account.

Is it possible for me to lose points?

Pending points will be adjusted based on returns or exchanges of items to ensure you get all points from purchases made and manually entered points may be reviewed by us for accuracy. If you return an item for a refund, the points earned for that purchase will be deducted from your total points.

Can I get points for purchasing a gift card or using store credit?

No, points are not awarded for gift card or store credit purchases.

Can I use my Hook-up points to buy stuff from a Tilly’s store or on tillys.com?

No, points can only be redeemed for rewards in The Tilly’s Hook-Up program. View “Rewards” to see all the exclusive rewards you can redeem with your points.
