I have bought similar shoes at Tilly's before and they are so comfortable and cheap. Usually when shoes are cheaper their quality is not very good but the quality of these shoes are very good.

BEST ANSWER: Yes it does. Mostly on hard wood flooring obviously or the street. But not obnoxiously loud like heels.
