What is Tillys Rewards?

Tillys Rewards is FREE to join! Get points for shopping online or at any Tillys store. 

How am I awarded points for my purchases?

Just by shopping at Tillys we will reward you. For every $1 you spend at Tillys stores, at tillys.com or on our Tillys mobile app you will receive 1 point. Points will be added to your account approximately 5 days after the purchase. You will be awarded 1 point for every $1 spent on qualifying merchandise (pre-tax, after all discounts and coupons are applied). Points will not be awarded for gift card purchases, non-merchandise purchases, for shipping fees or for international orders. Points will be deducted for returned items. To get points for in-store purchases, give your email address or mobile phone number from your account to the cashier when you checkout.

For online/Tillys mobile app purchases, log into your Tillys Rewards account prior to checkout. You can sign up at tillys.com/rewards, on the Tillys mobile app, or in any Tillys store. You must be 13 years of age to participate.

How do I register my account if I signed up in store?

Complete your account information by clicking here, be sure to use the email you used when you enrolled in the store.

How do I update my profile information?

Log into your Tillys account or on the Tillys mobile app, and click Account Settings.

Why do you need my email address and mobile phone number?

To let you know about your points, rewards and other offers! You can change how we communicate with you buy updating your preferences in your account.

Will I receive a Tillys Rewards Card?

There are no physical cards to keep track of! Just provide your email address or mobile phone number to the cashier when you checkout.

I forgot to tell the cashier that I was a rewards member. Can I still get my points?

Of course! Contact Customer Service at (866) 484-5597. Be sure to have your Tillys Rewards account information and receipt ready to go. (Note: Make sure to enter receipts within 90 days of purchase).

How do I look up my points balance?

Simply log into your Tillys Rewards account onTillys.com or on the Tillys mobile app. Your account will show you everything you need from your points balance, available rewards and account activity. If you’re in a Tillys store you can ask a store team member to look up your account by providing your email address or phone number.

I was awarded points, but I don’t see them in my account. What should I do?

Your points will be added to your account approximately 5 days after the purchase. If your points are still not showing up in your account after that, please contact Customer Service.

Do my points ever expire?

Points will expire 365 days from the last purchase activity.

Will I lose my points if I return items?

Yes, points will be deducted for returned items.

Am I awarded points when buying a gift card?

No, you won’t be awarded points when you buy a gift card, but points can be awarded on qualifying merchandise purchases when the gift card is redeemed.

How do I redeem my reward?

In-Store: give the associate your email address or phone number associated to your account so that a Tillys team member can apply your reward at the register!

Online/Tillys mobile app: Log into your Tillys Rewards account before checking out and check the apply rewards box.

For every 30 points you earn, you get $1 off any qualifying merchandise.

Are there any restrictions on redeeming rewards?

Rewards can be redeemed on any post-discounted, pre-tax qualifying merchandise purchase. Points cannot exceed the post-discount, pre-tax subtotal of the qualifying merchandise items. Rewards will expire 365 days from your last transaction. Rewards can’t be used to purchase a gift card or for shipping fees or international orders. Points and rewards are non-transferrable.

What happens if I return an item that I used rewards on?

Rewards are for one time use and will not be reissued if you return an item. Member Points will be deducted for returned items.
