Q: Where is Tilly’s Corporate office located?
A: Tilly’s Corporate office and Distribution Center are located in Irvine, California (south Orange County).


Q: How do I apply for a position?

Q: How old must I be to work at the Corporate office or Distribution Center?
A: Tilly’s requires all Corporate and DC employees to be at least 18 years of age or older.

Q: Once I've submitted my resume, will I hear from you?
A: Due to the volume of resumes we receive, we may not be able to respond to you personally. If you submit a resume, we will review it against our open positions and if we feel there is a suitable match with our requirements, we will contact you. Your resume will remain current for 30 days from the date it was submitted.


Q: If I have already submitted my resume, do I have to resubmit it to be considered for jobs posted in the future?
A: While we retain and review resumes previously submitted by candidates whenever new job opportunities arise, we also welcome applicants to re-submit their resumes when they see new job postings that catch their interest. Of course, in the event that any information on your resume changes, such as your mailing address, e-mail address, telephone number or career experience, it is advisable to update your resume online.



Q: Do you have any jobs available which allow me to work from home?
A: Tilly’s employees are expected to assist our customers, interact with vendors and other business partners, for this reason all positions require full-time on-site attendance. Unless otherwise noted, all jobs posted on our website, or posted on any other job posting service, are available at the indicated Tilly’s facility.


Q: Does Tilly's offer benefits?
A: Tilly’s offers the following benefits to eligible employees: Medical, dental & vision coverage, long term disability insurance, 401k retirement plan, paid vacation days, paid sick leave, paid holidays, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), and of course, the clothes, at a discount!



Q: How old must I be to work at a Tilly’s store?
A: Tilly’s requires all employees to be at least 16 years of age or older. Certain positions and members of management must be 18 years of age or older.

Q: Are there any exceptions to the minimum age requirement of 16 years old to work at Tilly’s?
A: Sorry, there are no exceptions to the minimum age requirement. Please apply after you turn 16.

Q: How much do Sales Associates earn per hour at Tilly’s?
A: Compensation varies by experience. Nevertheless, we generally start our inexperienced Sales Associates at minimum wage, but it may be higher if you have previous retail experience.



Q: What are the qualifications needed to be hired for the Sales Associate position?
A: Having a passion for fashion and providing great customer service matters most! Previous retail experience of any kind is preferred but not required.
