Tillys.com accepts Tillys Gift Cards and the following major credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER. We also partner with PayPal and Afterpay. *At this time, Tillys.com does not accept VISA, DISCOVER, MASTERCARD or AMERICAN EXPRESS Gift Cards.
The first (or multiple) time(s) that you attempted to submit your order, you received an error message pop-up that stated that the incorrect billing address was provided. Pending authorizations may have been created because the incorrect information was provided. The pending authorizations are not charges and should drop off your account in about 3-5 business days. Please note that we do not accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover or AMEX gift cards
Tillys is required by law to charge sales tax on orders that are shipped to the following states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, and Wisconsin. There is no sales tax on orders shipped to other states. In some states, shipping charges are also subject to tax.
You will only be billed when your order has been completely shipped.
You will not be charged until you receive the item(s) at your selected store. When the order is placed, there will be a pending authorization created for the amount of the order.
To pay for the difference, enter an additional Gift Card number or use a credit card.
When placing your order, please select "Send This As A Gift" on the Checkout page. Price tags will be removed and a gift receipt will be included. You may also include a brief message that will be printed on the gift receipt.
While we make every effort to maintain an ample supply of our stock, occasionally we run out of certain items. Out-of-stock items will be removed from your original order total and a revised total will appear in your shipping confirmation email. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept back orders at this time.
Once you submit your order you will receive two emails. The first email is generally received immediately and it confirms the details of your order. The second email notifies you that your order has been shipped and will contain the tracking details for your order.
Our system is designed to process and ship orders immediately. Once an order has been submitted there is no guarantee that the order will be able to be cancelled. To submit a request to have your order cancelled, please reach out to our customer service team by visiting our contact us page **Requests cannot be guaranteed.**

- Your order might be arriving in multiple shipments, so be sure to look out for additional shipping email(s).
- Double-check your inbox for a cancellation email, which will inform you if any item(s) were cancelled.
