For online purchases, Tillys accepts the return of full-priced merchandise with the original receipt and tags attached for up to 60 days after purchase. All sale merchandise is returnable for a Tillys Store Credit. All sale merchandise ending in .97 (cents) is final sale during red tag promotional clearance events. All sales are final on undergarments, face masks, sunglasses, goggles, watches, jewelry, cosmetics, skateboards & Blind Box's. Partial returns of multiple item promotions forfeit all promotional pricing. Returns are refunded in the method of original payment or store credit. Shoe boxes must not have tape or any other shipping labels on them-shoeboxes used as shipping boxes will not be accepted. The original cost of shipping is nonrefundable. Store issued gift cards (Store Credits) are non-transferable and cannot be sold.. Afterpay orders cannot be returned to stores and must be returned by mail. *Holiday purchases made November through December may be returned or exchanged through January 15th of the following year. Exchanges: Online purchase: We do not offer online exchanges. You will need to return your item(s) and place a new order. In store purchase: Due to the temporary closure of our stores, we have extended our in-store return period 30 days after your local store reopens. So, feel free to hang on to your merchandise until you can make it into our store.
Yes, Tillys does offer a return label. Please click here to access your return label Due to the temporary closure of our stores, we have waived the $7.00 return label fee for qualifying returns The amount of $7 will be deducted from your refund/exchange. Place your return package in your mailbox, USPS blue collection box, give it to your postal carrier or drop off at any post office, or request free carrier pick up at www.usps.com/pickup. You can track your package at www.usps.com using your tracking number. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. Returns are processed when item(s) are received to our returns department. Items that were purchased online and meet out online return policy guidelines may be returned to a Tillys store. In fact, returning online purchases to a local store has never been easier. Simply bring the item(s), along with your original (shipping) receipt, photo ID, and the credit/debit card you used when you placed your order, to any Tillys retail store. You may return items paid for by Gift Cards in accordance with our regular Return Policy. Refunds will be issued in the form of a Store Credit (A Tillys Gift Card), which is valid for the payment of merchandise online or at any Tillys retail store. If making an online purchase, please keep your Gift Card until you have received the item(s).
