If an item is not available in our warehouse, we do our best to find your item in one of our other locations. If the item is available at another location, it will be shipped in its own package. Yes, orders are able to be shipped to P.O. boxes, and also to A.P.O., or F.P.O. addresses. These orders are automatically shipped via Fedex SmartPost. FedEx SmartPost takes about 5-8 business days. Delivery days can vary based on location.
*APO/FPO orders may take 4-6 weeks for delivery. Unfortunately tracking numbers are not sent out on APO/FPO shipments.

Unfortunately an order may only be shipped to one address. To have items shipped to another address a new order would need to be placed.

Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we issue a full refund. FedEx SmartPost is a delivery method in which FedEx and the United States Postal Service (USPS) partner together to deliver packages. FedEx will deliver packages to a local post office, and the Postal Service will deliver the package to its final destination.
