Yes, we do offer in-store pick up for online orders and there is NO shipping fee!

The name of the person on the order must be present for the pickup and will need to provide a valid government issued photo ID for verification purposes. The name on the ID must match the name on the order.
Your order will be held at the store for five calendar days before the order is cancelled. A reminder email will be sent one day before the order is cancelled. If you can't make it to the store during the five day period, please call customer service at 866-484-5597 Monday-Friday 6am-6pm PST and on Saturdays from 7am-3:30pm PST to see what options are available. If your order is cancelled please allow about 3-5 business days for any pending authorizations to drop off your account. If a gift card was used on your order, you will receive a replacement E-gift card via email.
You will receive an email notifying you that your order is ready to be picked up. Orders are generally ready for pick up within 2 hours*. *Processing time may vary. Orders placed within 2 hours of a store's closing will not be processed until the following day. To view our stores' hours click here
Sorry, we are not able to ship an item to your preferred store from another store or warehouse location. If you'd like to order an item that is not available at your preferred location, you can check other stores in your area to see if they have the item available or have the item shipped to your home.
You will not be charged until you receive the item(s) at your selected store. When the order is placed, there will be a pending authorization created for the amount of the order.

Depending on the city/county, there may be a bag fee ($0.10 to $0.25). That fee will have to be paid inside of the store when you receive your items. Here is a list of the stores that currently charge a bag fee: Alameda County, CA; Palm Desert, CA; San Bruno, CA; San Jose, CA; Santa Monica, CA; Santa Rosa, CA; and Walnut Creek, CA.
