How to do a return

We get it. Sometimes things just don't work out. If you're looking to make a return, you've come to the right place.
Follow these simple steps below to return your items, or choose an option below

  1. I have yet to wear or wash my items.
  2. The tags are still attached.
  3. I am making the return within 60 days of the original purchase.

*Holiday Return Dates: If you made your purchase between November 1 - December 31st you've got until January 15th to make a return.

Live near a store?

Bring your order, email confirmation or shipping receipt, photo ID and the card used for payment to any Tillys store.

Returning Online?

  1. Pick a return option above and endter the order number and other required information.
  2. Select the item(s) you want to return.
  3. Print your return packing slip & shipping label.
  4. Pack and ship your item(s).

Exchanges:

If you want to exchange an item in your order for another item, you can do so by calling or chatting with us.

Tillys accepts the return or exchange of full-priced merchandise with the original receipt and tags attached for up to 60 days after purchase. All sale merchandise is exchangeable only. All sale merchandise is final sale during red tag promotional clearance events. All sales are final on undergarments, sunglassses, goggles, watches, jewelry, cosmetics, skateboards, CD's, Contour, GoPro, and Beats by Dre. Partial return of multiple item promotions forfeit all promotional pricing. Returns are refunded in the method of original payment or store credit. Shoe boxes must not have tape or any other shipping labels on them-shoeboxes used as shipping boxes will not be accepted.
