If your item meets our return policy requirements, you can exchange your item at any one of our stores.  If you don't have a nearby store, contact our customer service department to coordinate a return and repurchase.

For online purchases, Tillys accepts the return of full-priced merchandise with the original receipt and tags attached for up to 60 days after purchase. All sale merchandise is returnable for a Tillys Store Credit. All sale merchandise ending in .97 (cents) is final sale during red tag promotional clearance events. All sales are final on undergarments, swimwear, sunglasses, goggles, watches, jewelry, cosmetics, skateboards, CDs, & Blind Boxes. Partial returns of multiple item promotions forfeit all promotional pricing. Returns are refunded in the method of original payment or store credit. Shoe boxes must not have tape or any other shipping labels on them, shoeboxes used as shipping boxes will not be accepted. The original cost of shipping is nonrefundable. Store issued gift cards (Store Credits) are non-transferable and cannot be sold.

Afterpay orders cannot be returned to stores and must be returned by mail.
