Gift Card FAQs
To check your Gift Card balance click here. Please have your card number and PIN available. You can access your PIN by scratching off the silver strip on the back of the card.
To redeem a gift card online please enter the 16-digit card number and the 4-digit PIN (see the example below) for each card being used during checkout. Select "apply" after entering the card number and pin to have the Gift Card applied to your order. If there is a balance remaining after your gift card has been applied a credit card or an additional Tillys Gift Card will be needed to cover that balance.
Gift Cards that are purchased from Tillys.com are shipped via FedEx. The following shipping methods are available for gift cards:

Alaska & Hawaii - add $10.00 NOTE: There are no additional charges for the purchase of multiple Gift Cards. If your Gift Card is shipped with other products, the Gift Card will be included in the order with no additional shipping charges. P.O. Box, APO, and FPO addresses are automatically shipped via Fedex SmartPost . Orders shipped via FedEx SmartPost (5-8 Business Days) will arrive via US Postal Service. No Saturday or Sunday deliveries on orders shipped via FedEx.
Unfortunately, points are not awarded for gift card or store credit purchases.
Tillys Gift Cards are available online in the following denominations: $20, $25, $30, $35, $40, $45, $50, $75, $100, $125, $150, $175, $200, $225, $250, $275, $300, $325, $350, $375, $400, $425, $450, $475, and $500. In-Stores, Gift Cards can be purchased in any amount between $1 and $500.
Any unused balance will remain on your Gift Card. You can check the balance of your gift card by contacting customer service at 1-866-4TILLYS or by visiting any Tillys retail store. The Gift Card cannot be redeemed for cash unless otherwise required by applicable law.
To pay for the difference, enter an additional Gift Card number or use a credit card.
Gift Cards do not have an expiration date nor do they have any maintenance fees. Corporate Gift Cards do have an expiration date and it is listed on the back of the card.
Protect your Tillys Gift Card as you would cash. If lost or stolen, a Tillys Gift Card cannot be replaced without the original sales receipt. Replacement value will be the remaining value on the card at the time you report the loss or theft. To report a lost or stolen card contact customer service at email@example.com or call Tillys Online Customer Service toll-free at 866-4TILLYS (866-484-5597). We are available Monday-Friday 6AM-8PM PST and Weekends from 7AM-5PM PST.
You may return items paid for by Gift Cards in accordance with our regular Return Policy. Refunds will be issued in the form of a Store Credit (A Tillys Gift Card), which is valid for the payment of merchandise online or at any Tillys retail store. If making an online purchase, please keep your Gift Card until you have received the item(s).
It's an electronic gift card! Tillys E-Gift Cards arrive via e-mail to the e-mail address you specify during checkout. Purchaser is responsible for providing a deliverable e-mail address. A plastic gift card will not be sent. Your gift recipient can then use their E-Gift Card to buy anything available on Tillys.com or in our stores.
Yes, Tillys E-Gift Cards can be redeemed any time in our stores and on Tillys.com. To redeem in store print a copy of the E-Gift card and present it to the cashier.
Your E-Gift Card will arrive quickly. In most cases, it will reach the gift recipient's e-mail address in about 24 hours. Delivery of all Tillys E-Gift Cards will be electronic and is subject to payment authorization barring any technical difficulties.
